When my husband and I were dating, he drove a '99 Camry. One day, part of the drivers' side door handle broke off. A few weeks later, a larger chunk broke off. Eventually, the whole door handle was gone. For a while, we could get in by lifting a small piece of metal that once held the door handle. But that broke too, and we had to climb in through the passenger side.

Now I notice when Camrys are missing door handles.

That Camry's Missing One, Two, Three, FOUR Door Handles!

Yesterday I was in need of a little comic relief. I found it.  I wonder if the tornado sucked these door handles off.

April 1, 2011

This morning, all before ten o'clock, I saw three Camrys with missing door handles, but I wasn't able to snap pics.  Finally, at Sam's Club, I got lucky.

Nice parking job.

Redneck Repairs

I found this on a blog called There, I Fixed It.  To my trained eye, this is definitely a Camry.

The Textbook Example

The driver's side door handle of this Camry has broken off.  This is the most common example of a missing or broken door handle on a Camry.

Please excuse the picture quality and graininess.  When a Camry with a Missing Door Handle is spotted, we must capture the image by any means possible.
